These terms cover the relationship between you and puppy-calculator.com. We've kept them as close to plain English as legal text allows: what the site gives you, what you may do with it, where the boundaries sit, and what happens if something breaks.

Acceptance
By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site — there is no account to cancel and nothing to delete on our side, so leaving is as simple as closing the tab.
What the Site provides
The Site offers free planning tools for puppy owners: the puppy weight calculator with its growth-chart, body-condition, parent-blending, and gear-size modules, plus a library of growth guides and reference sections. All tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of results. A puppy estimate is a planning range, and the disclaimer is part of these terms by reference.
Not veterinary advice
Estimates produced by the calculator are planning references, not veterinary, medical, or nutritional advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your puppy's health, diet, and growth questions. You assume full responsibility for any decision made using the Site's output — including gear purchases and feeding choices.

Acceptable use
You may
- Use the calculator for any personal, non-commercial purpose — planning gear, setting expectations, preparing for vet visits.
- Link to any page of the Site freely, in any context.
- Share calculator result links — share links contain only the inputs you chose to include.
- Print or save a copy of a result or guide for your own reference or your puppy's records.
You may not
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Site or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, bulk-copy, or republish substantial portions of the breed data, growth bands, or guide content without written permission.
- Present the Site's estimates as veterinary guidance, or rebrand them as your own tool.
- Use automated systems to generate traffic or submissions that degrade the Site for other visitors.
Your content and your data
The Site stores nothing about you on our servers. Calculator inputs and saved estimates live in your browser only, and share links travel wherever you send them. Messages you send via the contact page are handled per the privacy policy. You retain all rights to anything you write to us; we retain the right to quote it (anonymized) when it corrects our data — breed fixes have literally come this way.
Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, and code are owned by puppy-calculator.com or its licensors. Breed weight ranges summarize publicly available breed-standard information and are offered for personal, non-commercial use. If you believe content here infringes your rights, write to us with specifics and we'll address it promptly.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, puppy-calculator.com and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, including decisions about pet feeding, health, or purchases made in reliance on calculator output. This clause is deliberately blunt: the tool is free, and its price in liability matches.
Changes & governing law
We may revise these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, and the effective date above moves with any material revision. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about any clause are welcome at the contact page.
